Need quote on re-installing Emporium Plus Rate This module

I have installed this module and it is not working correctly. When I approve a rating the other ratings are deleted. I’m assuming this is an install problem but after uninstalling and re-installing several times I haven’t had any success. I must be missing something and would like to get a quote to re-install the module.

As for the module - it's no longer supported. I think Bill replaced it with a set of functions in the Toolkit.

You might also consider (actually, we strongly recommend this) moving to a modern, supported review system. Product reviews are golden and should be protected as such. We offer one called Easy Review and there is at least one other 'on-site' review module available from GlendaleDesigns.com. Also, there are 'syndicated' reviews (the actual content is not housed on your server and sometimes not under your direct control). Any of these would be a vastly better investment than messing with unsupported and relatively limited review systems.

Though we currently don't use Bruce's Phosphor Media Easy Review module, we do own and use several of his modules for over 10 years, they're great and support is good though rarely ever needed, his modules very intuitive and exceptionally well documented.

In fact my third all time favorite MIVA module is Bruce's StoreMan -slick (my 1st OpenUI ...that's probably before your time, 2nd Viking Coders Page Templates).

As to GlendaleDesigns never used them, but I've been on he forums for many years and they have a very good reputation -I would not hesitate using if I needed to.

As to old man Weiland's modules, they are exceptional, and though the old man is unfortunate no longer around to offer his legendary service which is second to none, MIVA purchased all of his modules and offer very good support from my experience.

As to a product rating solutions, they all have their own strengths, you need to define your needs and/or view what each has to offer and decide which will offer the best return on your investment.
