Exporting order information as a batch report

We have been experimenting with exporting our order information as a mean of import Miva orders into our main computer system. Excel spreadsheet interface. We have gotten a lot of it working but are not happy at this point. We would consider a consultant for this kind of work on a as needed basis.

We have had Miva websites for just under 20 years and have used consultants to assist us from time to time - pretty much the entire time when needed. We currently us someone to help us with designs and we have worked together for more than 5 years. We have small companies so we are not talking major budgets but still long term relationships.
