Help with Custom Product Template

Hi all - years back Miva developers created a custom product template for us in-house. Apparently, they no longer support or do that and unfortunately, ours no longer is working properly. The best place to view the glitches is on our DYO Dog Collar (https://www.elizab.com/classic-dog-collar.html)

1. We have A LOT of ribbon choices and the first issue is that quite often the "Show All" button is not visible and customers may be missing all of our ribbon choices.
2. Once you get to the size choice you can't actually see the text for some of the sizes (see screenshot attached)
3. Same issue as above for choosing whether you want a matching leash (see screenshot attached)
4. While we have a developer looking at this issue- is there any way to have a larger view of a thumbnail choice on the accent ribbons? Like a pop-up preview?

We use this custom template on other products as well. If the developer has a better solution for all of this we are open to it!!
