Agreement Page

The Tool Kit documentation online refers to

Agreement page. Do not allow the customer to continue checkout unless they agree to your terms.

I don't see the sample code for this anywhere, including in the help file. I using the latest version. Can someone tell me where to find it?

Just use a custom order field (to hold the "agreed" value), then look for any jQuery/javascript article on say "Allow Submit only if option checked".

Still think its best to code it inside Miva. Long term planning and all that. For example, as a custom order field, its already there in an export file if need be.
