We are using Demand Force which syncs with QB to automate sending thank you emails, contact people who haven't purchased in a while and to solicit reviews which we show on our site. I'd like to shed DemandForce if I I can get the same functionality from Miva's bbuilt in tools. I know there are scheduled tasks for example. We also have Miva product reviews. Can someone let me know if/what combination of native features I might be able to use to do this? I know there is built-in stuff I haven't really looked at and I would like to save some money on by getting rid of Demand Force if I could.
