Help!
I just started working on our new MIVA site when I had to work on another project for several weeks. Today, I tried to login into the admin page and I got the error "This site can't be reached" in Chrome and "Unable to connect" in Firefox. The URLs I used are from the original MIVA email. They are: http://DOMAINNAME.com.mymiva.com/mm5/admin.mvc and http://www.DOMAINNAME.com/mm5/admin.mvc
Not sure if it's OK to put the real domain name on the forum so I didn't. Both browsers redirect the URL to: https://www.DOMAINNAME.com/mm5/admin.mvc
I did log into our dashboard successfully and can see that our account is in good standing. I checked that the DNS records for the domain are set to MIVA.
I'm guessing the problem has to do with DNS or security or a Win 10 update that recently installed itself on my PC. The key word is here "guessing".
I would appreciate any help. Thank you -
Valerie
