Is the Support Ticket site looking strange to any one else?

I was checking on some support tickets, and the page looks incomplete, style wise, example attached.

It does look like there was a change in the back end system, and the current style sheet is hard to read.

This is a cosmetic issue we're working on. We upgraded the help desk last Friday morning, so the interface looks a bit different. Functionality is still the same, it just looks a little wonky at the moment. :-)

ok - not sure if it's super heavy caching - but i tried to get to the support desk via https://www.miva.com/support (from top navigation link drop down) - which gets me here: https://support.miva.com/supportsuit...ase/User/Login
(same for the footer link to support) and a message:
The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to support.miva.com.

I checked the links you posted and it looks like they're loading fine now. Can you check on your side and let us know if you're still seeing that error message?

Hi Rafael, yup - all good - I had to clear cache & history on support.miva.com to be able to log in again. Thanks for following up!
