Is it possible to add a custom order email in the "Order Emails" section on our own? I need to make one that would be an "Invoice". We use the customer confirmation already and need one that would be modified slightly so it shows as an invoice.
The reason we need to do this is because once a customer places an order with us it does not reflect any other charges that may come up while we are filling their order. Once the order is complete and ready to ship we need to add in shipping plus any other charges then send it to them for their records. This would make it so I don't have to wait for our accounting department to make one in QuickBooks.
