I was told by a few of our customer service reps they get this call a lot in regards to customers creating their own accounts on the site and putting their email address for the "Username" field. I was going to simply put a note on that screen next to the field for customers stating not to use it.
For some reason I thought customers could use the email address as the username or is it that they can use the username or email to login in once it is created?
With they told me a lot sooner but it is what it is.
