Loop through content section get ID and name

I use the very useful GPS module by Bruce (Phosphormedia) to find stuff every so often. The only issue I have is when I have stuff in Readytheme Content Sections. I have quite a few content sections and GPS returns the ID and since that ID is not visible in Miva admin I have to open each one to find which contains the item I am searching for:

READYTHEME CONTENTSECTION 11 'searchterm' is here
READYTHEME CONTENTSECTION 21 also here 'searchterm'
READYTHEME CONTENTSECTION 47 and here again 'searchterm'

Is there a simple way to spit out a list with

ReadyTheme ID | ReadyTheme CODE<br>

I could just run it as needed to find my way and comment it out afterwards.
