I am fairly new to Miva and just starting to learn the ins and outs.
We have a customer that claims that they did not get 2 shipments that they were supposed to receive about 90 days ago. I wanted to take a look and see if the shipment emails were, in fact, sent to them.
In short, is there a way that I can view any emails sent to a customer when we "create shipment" on the backend?
Please let me know if I need to be more specific.
