I don't know why, but I feel like this is a beginner's question. I would like to understand where the data is pulled from to create the Reports. Maybe that will help me better understand how creating a new batch report will pull the needed information into a Sales Report. Not knowing what I don't know makes me wonder, wouldn't a new Report module need to be created? I had reached out for help and was pointed in the direction of placing a snippet in the batch report to pull the inventory variant information into a batch report. Does the batch report pass data over to the Sales Report? Any insight is greatly appreciated.
