    if Miva detect the problem and can't initiate an email, Plesk has some notification processes included that will but can it detect and notify of a crashed database?
    If you can supply our technical assistance center with even a rough idea of a time when the issue was known to have begun, within a few hours should be sufficient, it should be easy to determine when it began via logs, and then likely also easy to determine what the best course of action is to stop it from occurring (whether that's blocking malicious traffic, identifying site performance issues such as bad modules, site optimization, etc.).
