Review Baskets - Time and date

Why would the date and time for a basket in Review Baskets be in the future?

We have a date/time of 2/15/2022, 11:47:12 AM for one basket.

The server time is correct.

The abandoned cart email feature can push a basket expiry into the future, so it can keep the basket from being eliminated.
