I have a store owner that needs an End of Year report that would show her all of the products that were in stock on 1/1/2023. Could something be squeezed out of the Product batch list maybe?

Offhand, I think the only way to do it is to start with the current inventory counts, and go through the entire year's order history to figure out how many of each product were sold, and also adjust for any restocking purchases that she made during the year.
I know that Miva makes regular backups of stores that they host. I don't know how long they keep them, probably not that long; but you might ask if they have a backup from around January 1. If so, they can restore it to a dev store so that you can pull the inventory data.
If this is something she does every year, then she can make a note to save the data on Jan.1 of every year, so it will be available later.

Hi Kent Multer - here's is part of what I suggested (I'm still thinking about how to mesh this data with her sales for the year - if needed):Go to Catalog > Products
First, make sure you have the Current Stock and Created columns displayed (click the plus sign if you need to add or remove columns)
Next, click on the Search options (the 3 slider icon in the search box), then the Advanced Search link

Find Current Stock, select Greater Than, and enter 0
Find Created, select Before, then set the date to Jan1, 2023
Click Search.
To create a file for export, select all the resulting products, then click the 3 dots icon (next to the In-line Edit button) and click the CSV link. It will automatically download the file. Look for a file called "export".Leslie Kirk

I haven't tried it, but I think that what you described will exnclude products that are out of stock now, even if they were in stock on Jan. 1.Kent Multer
