Disable Forgot Password email to store owner

Is there a way to disable the Forgot Password email that is sent to the store owner. See no real value in that.

There's no value when Forgot Password is being used as expected, but there's definitely a value if it's an abuse attempt. I see this functionality in other multi-admin systems where I'm admin and I think while it's often unnecessary it's a valuable check and balance.

If that's the case, then a better mousetrap is required. there is no way, IME, that a store owner is going to tell between spam and abuse or even notice it. half the time that email address isn't even monitored. So, a velocity control would be more appropriate.
