When a Price Group customer logs out of their account and then returns to the BASK, the pricing does not reset to full pricing. The Price Group pricing is still available. What would be preventing it from resetting to the correct price?

Probably the customer just needs to refresh the browser, instead of using the browser's Back button. The logout action triggers the store to recalculate the prices fo all items in the basket.Kent Multer

lesliekirk What price group type is being used? If you are using the legacy price group type then the price will not update.Nicholas Adkins

lesliekirk How is the price group being used? Is it just discounting the product based off the cost? If so you can create a new price group that uses the Specific Sale Price then export the products and re-import the cost value as the Specific Sale Price custom field value. Then assign the customer's to the new price group if necessary and remove the old price group.Nicholas Adkins

One is configured for Specific Customers - Discount from Retail: 25% and is assigned to 1500+ products and 3 customers.
One is configured for Specific Customers - Discount from Retail: 10:00% 4500 products and 650+ customers.
I'm thinking that it would be "easiest" to create a CSV from the batch list of assigned products including the product price in it, do the math, then import the Specific Sale prices. The only drawback I see to this method is that if the product price changes, the Specific Sale price would have to be manually adjusted.

In that case the better route would be to just change the price group, unless there is custom template code that is referencing the price group type (which is doubtful).
One is configured for Specific Customers - Discount from Retail: 10.00% and is assigned to 4500+ products and 5400+ customers.
- Change type to Product discount with 10% discount
- The products assigned to the discounted products batch list will remain
- The customers assigned to the discounted products batch list will remain

If they are not using the cost you can just change the price group to the new version of the price group and set up the discount correctly.Nicholas Adkins

... and I thought this was going to be so perfect. I can see the discount on the product page (YAAY) but when I add the product to the cart this discount disappears. Now what have I done wrong?Leslie Kirk
