ORDS page - ship and bill address missing

The shipping and billing address is missing from the Order Status page. I'm not sure when it happened. I also have a dev site, and I've compared the template code and they are both the same. Also, both pages on live and dev site have the same Items assigned. I'm stumped as to how/why this is happening. Screen attached. empty-addr.jpg

c3idesign this is due to the recent 10.08.00 update which included an update to Personally Identifiable Information, https://docs.miva.com/miva-10-08-00-...In%20Customers
