Missing Tab for Template Based Email in Order Fulfillment

Like the title says, missing the tab for the Template Based Email in Order Fulfillment on a dev site (recent refresh). It's on the live site.
Oh, and yea, we get the emails...just can't change them.

They moved the admin page in v10.08. There's now an Emails option in the User Interface sub-menu, between Frameworks and Flex Components.

To be honest, I missed the release notice on that myself. I had to ask Support about it some weeks ago.

Not like it wasn't easy to miss. of course, did read the tech details...but never saw a list of 'human readable changes'.
