How to change display name on email templates

We use SendGrid as our inbox delivery service provider. We want to change our display name that shows up gmail and outlook. For example, our emails come from [email protected]. When an order confirmation email is sent to a gmail account, the display name will simply show 'sales'. On outlook, it will show '[email protected]'. We want to change our template so that it will say Sales Domain instead of what's currently being shown. Our current outlook settings have first name = Sales last name = Domain. So I don't think that's the issue. How do I change this?
