Can someone from Miva help escalate? Our website is down for over an hour. A ticket has been created an hour ago but have not heard back from anyone. Not sure if Miva is having internal network issue or just my site.

In the past years, I usually submit a ticket via email using the vip email address and that always work. If that process no longer work and I need to call in, then I will do that going forward. I thought that would be easier since it will automatically log a ticket and I can do screenshot or error info. Thanks for looking into this. Appreciate the help.
