    Combination Facet Cookies

The documentation explains that the Combination Facet Cookie
does not get deleted until the customer clicks the “Reset Values” button on the Combination Facet Drop Down Menu.
Could it be "reset" when a customer returns to the page? For example, a Combination Facet is configured and setup using PageBuilder header_sequence in a CTGY Alternate Display Page. Everything on that page works great until the customer returns to the page from a product in the search result. The facet remains set (the reset button is available).

Is there any way for the cookies to be cleared when the customer returns to the page to start a new search (without having to click reset)?

The problem will always be divining the customer's intention to start the search over again. We tried two options to return to the search results - one would trigger the reset. Customers were successful about half the time getting where they wanted to be. Then the complaints start about where those original search results went. Our best result was changing the wording to "start new search" or even "search again"" instead of something like "reset" - and this is across multiple platforms with names we won't mention here........

"Start new search" - how smart is that?
