Inventory Refresher Course Needed

When you set the Track Inventory at the store level but don't check Track Product for the product what is the expected behavior? Should it be available or not available? If it should be available, but isn't, is there something that needs to be checked?

Hi Leslie,

If you have Track Product at the product level unchecked than inventory is not being tracked for that product. This allows you to track inventory (or not) for specific products if a store does not need or want to track inventory for every product.

That's how I thought it was supposed to work. I guess I need to find out why it's not for the store in question.
