Glad to see PayPal Package Tracking is now available in 10.09.02. Here are two scenarios that we run into that would be nice to have a solution for:
1. We use FedEx Freight for some of our shipments, and FedEx uses a Master tracking number plus individual tracking numbers. e.g. The master for the whole order, and individual boxes or pallets with a separate number. We've typically copied and pasted the comma separated list of tracking numbers into Miva's tracking number field, and it's worked fine when you click the link to go to the FedEx site.
2. We ship hazmat freight, and some items cannot be combined on an order due to DOT hazmat freight rules, e.g. there may be a component in the order that has a lithium battery that cannot be shipped with the other items.
We are able to create the two shipments in scenario 2 in Miva just fine. The issue is that PayPal won't allow the comma in scenario 1, nor more than one tracking number for the order in either scenario. How can this be managed in PayPal, given the PayPal limitations?
