How to Sync Dynamic Category Menu with Static Navigation Set?

I’m running into an issue with our Shadows ReadyTheme website. I have two category navigation menus:

1. A dynamic category menu, which is always up-to-date and reflects the current structure and categories on my site.
2. A static navigation menu, which is outdated. It’s missing several categories from the dynamic menu, and the remaining categories are either not in the correct order or not nested properly.

The site has over 200 categories, making it extremely difficult to update the static menu manually. I need a way to completely sync the static navigation menu with the dynamic category menu so that they have identical structure and categories.

I’ve tried exporting the dynamic menu to a CSV file (pipe-delimited), but the export file doesn’t include any hierarchy or nesting data, and the only available import option for the static menu is XML.

Additionally, is there a way to keep the two menus in sync automatically moving forward? Any solution or workaround would be greatly appreciated!

I am hoping years later a solution has been developed by now.
