Installation Deadline and Template Update for Miva Merchant 10.11.01?

Is there a deadline for installing the 'Miva Merchant 10.11.01' update to avoid any noncompliance fees?

Also, does this update require an immediate update to the Shadows RT template to prevent any issues with my store's functionality?

The version that became non-compliant this month is 10.09.03, as it was released back in July. Version 10.10.00 should be upgraded before late January, 10.10.01 before late February.

And 10.11.01 will be 90 days from release, so sometime in the later half of February.
