How do you go about updating the tracking links to go directly to Stamps.com and not the inconvenient Endicia page that requires you to know your tracking number which must be manually entered in the field to track? Currently the links in the "Track Your Shipment" button in the "Your Order Has Shipped!" email. The email doesn't include the tracking number (which I am working to rectify) but why can't it go start to Stamps.com?

Leslie, is this what you're looking for?
Untitled.pngUntitled2.png
I went to stamps.com, tracking page, typed in a dummy tracking number, and I got the following URL: https://www.stamps.com/tracking-details/?t=1234567890
So in theory, you should be able to make the tracking URL: https://www.stamps.com/tracking-details/?t=%tracknum%
Anyone else smarter than me feel free to correct me on this. But otherwise, hope this helps.Attached FilesLast edited by eldon99; 01-16-25, 05:42 PM.
