Error on Zip/Postal Code + 4 should have no dash?

Hi,

I installed the recent updates 10.11.03 and 10.11.04. Since the updates, I am receiving the following message when I attempt to “Generate Shipping Label” for an order from Miva Admin.

120207: Missing/Invalid ShipTo PostalCode. Postal Code is required. Please use the Format ##### or ######### Where # represents a single number


I use AccurateTax address validation and it supples the zip code + 4 with the “-“. "#####-####”

I am now going through every order I need to ship to remove the “-“ However, when I change the zip from “#####-####” to “#########” I then receive the error message:
Please specify a valid zip/postal code

I close the error and the zip is saved without the “-“ on the order.


Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change so that zip codes no longer include the “-“? At this point I am opening every new order and changing the zip.


I opened a ticket yesterday and am waiting for resolution.- but I figure I can’t be the only person experiencing this issue.

BTW - I installed the new updates on my Dev site and the Dev site does not give me the error 120207 which I thought was strange.
