PageBuilder Product Image Not Resizing Quite Right

Storeowner is viewing his site at around 800px wide on a desktop. In PageBuilder I configured the Desktop Screen width to duplicate what is being seen. When the Image Height is set to "Defined by Smallest Image Size" about the first one-third of the image is cut off (all images are the same size). The Image Height setting "Small" cuts off a portion of the top and bottom of each image. While the Image Height setting "Medium" seems to work nicely at full screen and at 800px BUT when I view the Tablet and Mobile view the images are badly chopped off. Am I missing a setting that makes these images truly responsive?
