Scroll Arrow Does not show on Mobile

We recently noticed on a pagebuilder Product Carousel on the storefront that the scroll arrow do not display on mobile phone. Tested on both Iphone and Android. The scroll arrows do show on desktop. Can anyone point me in the right direction to change this? https://www.horseandkennel.com/

I believe with that as well as the scroll bar, those are features that only appear when a mouse is connected to the device.

When using a mobile device it is best practice to not display scroll arrows because they take up valuable room on the mobile device. When using a mobile phone the images can be scrolled using the swipe of a finger rather than selecting the arrow. This is the reason that the arrows do not show.

Technically the arrows are still there they are hidden using CSS:
