Form component & spam

I added the new form component to a page and within hours I had my first spam on it.
What can I do about that?

Thanks Nick. reCaptcha V3 was already installed and I added the action.

I have had the same issue, I tried setting up recapture3 to solve the problem, but couldn't make it work on this page, so having seen the updated docs, I tried again, however when I click save I get an error message, same no matter what number is selected, anyone else having this problem or is it a bug?

Steve G There was an update to the reCaptcha module for version 10.11.00. You can download the new version here: https://apps.miva.com/recaptcha-v3.html
