iPhone App Theme for Miva 4

Can anyone make an iPhone app theme for a Miva 4 store? I just need the site to be optimized when accessed from Mobile.

not very easily as MM4 was a miss-mash of bad HTML to start with, made even worse by the HTML in OpenUI...very easy to do in MM5 though, especially the CSSUI based templates.
