Conditional date and time statements

Is it possible in Miva 4.14/OUI to do conditional statements based on current time/date? I want to display text to our live chat icon only if it is Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm within Miva pages.

Are you really using Miva Merchant 4.14 or is 4.14 the Miva Engine?
