Adding picture with url to customer mail page

How do I add a picture, such as an icon and have a url with the icon, add it to the customer email page that the customer gets upon completion of the order.

If this can be done, please explain to a newbie....Miva 4.23....

You can do it, but keep in mind that many will not allow remote content like images in their email clients. If you want to do it, you will have to make sure your image/icon/whatever is uploaded to your server, and then just put in an absolute path to the image (http://www.yourdomain.com/graphics/image.jpg...of course insert your domain name and path to the image) within the html of your email.
