That looks like you're running a UPS module we discontinued 10 years ago, it's plausible they finally shut off that API but I don't know for sure.

Sounds like one more thing to add to the list of reasons to upgrade to MM5.5. Has anybody have one?

When PR9 comes out next year, we're going to drop the 5.5 Monicker. 5.0 came out in 2005, we shipped 5.5 (which was version 5 of the 5.x platform) in 2008.

When PR9 ships (roughly 5 years after we shipped 5.5), we're likely to just call it Miva Merchant 9 or something along those lines.

This is a long way of saying it's been 7.5 years since 4.x was current technology and 10+ years since 4.13 (the last uncompiled version) was current technology.

I'm impressed that the old UPS module worked for you (and anyone) for this long, but Leslie's right it's time to upgrade.

I may have this fixed soon. Turns out if I refresh the checkout page several times, it will finally cough up the UPS shipping rates. This seems to point to a possible server or firewall issue. We're going to move the site to a different server tomorrow and see if that solves it. Bottom line is that the old UPS CGI Gateway still seems to be functioning.

Upgrading would be nice, but I don't think we'll be doing it before next year because the holiday season is here and it is our busiest season.

We moved the site to a different server and that fixed the UPS module! It's working like a charm now.
