Payflow Link - Order # Issue

I have a client that uses Miva 4.23 and the Payflow Link module. The setup on the Payflow side seems correct and the return URL is $domain/Merchant2/paylinki.mvc.

The error is:

Error Code:MER-DTB-00110
Description:Order '10001' not found


I removed all baskets, packed data files, zapped the orphans database and increased the order number (from ~1k-10k) in storekey.dbf and packed the data files, still the issue persists.

From what I gather is there (may) be a later update to payflow module from back in the day. Currently have:
