Removal of Product X if Product Y ordered

One of my clients is wanting to remove any products in the shopping cart if a few specific products are ordered. Is there a module that can do this?

Little update, I thought my client had changed their mind on this and was going to let it stand as is but now is saying they want this functionality. Anyone have any ideas on this? I'm stumped.

I get requests for oddball basket processes all the time. (four in the last month)

If I understand you, the problem can be restated like this.
If product X in basket, exclude products a,b,c
If product Y in basket, exclude products d,e,f,g
If product Z in basket, exclude products a,d,g

I have a base module for altering the basket contents that I customize for each situation. If you can't find an off the shelf solution I can put one together for you.
