Lost Payment and Shipping Options at Checkout

I have lost my payment and shipping options at checkout. I noticed this morning that a coupon module was not working, then later discovered that my entire payment and shipping options are missing.

Any suggestions where to start on this?

Did you install any new modules. If yes, deactivate it (in the module section of Miva admin) and try again.

Pack your store is always a good option too. You should see some error message in case any of the dbs is corrupted.

Give us a link or some more information :) and we (the forum trolls) could have a closer look.

Same deal. In our case we did not add any modules or change anything inside Miva.
Suddenly all the shipping options are gone. Ship modules are enabled and I can see the options in admin.
I compared everything with another one of our sites using Miva 4 and cant find the issue.
Any ideas?
