You have to update the module version in the database. If it's MySQL just look for the Modules table. Mivasql will be mivadata/Merchant5/modules.dbf. Of course you'll need a dbf editor for mivasql.

If you can't do this email [email protected] and I can help.

Yes, I had read your post and did just that. My comment was merely to confirm that overwriting the module does not change the version Miva revises.

Re: Dydacomp - MOM and PR7

Does the DydaComp MOM connector module send Inventory Variant product codes / SKUs with its order export when used with MM5.5 PR7 and a product variant is ordered? Or does it only send the main product code / SKU?

I asked this question to Joseph Fantozzi ([email protected]) and Mike Nardini ([email protected]). So far after about 5 emails, all I've received is several requests for me to call, an offer for a 30 minute sales pitch, and I've been told I will have lots more questions that they'll be happy to answer. I called and left two messages, no call back. And no answers.

Honest to god, I've been doing this long enough to know what MOM is, all I need to know is a truthful, precise and well thought out - yes OR no. Preferably from their Miva module developer so they understand what it is I'm asking. Joe doesn't seem to.

Mike, Joe - Miva customers seem to WANT to use your product. Please help them do so. Jump in here any time!

Dydacomp apparently has access to the double secret probation beta testing group I wasn't invited to years ago! RICK! I feel left out!

No, no, no... they are working to implant an idea in your head, which requires going 4 levels deep (dream within a dream within a dream within a dream).

If you haven't seen 'Inception' yet - it really is an interesting concept.

                          Lynda,

All joking aside, it's completely ridiculous that they refuse to speak to me on the phone. Do they think I'm going to reach through the phone and choke them? Darth Vadar style with my mind?

If you can facilitate a call with them, they'd probably learn a thing or two.
                          Thanks,

Oh Rick, ... you don't know how much discipline it is taking me each day, hour and second to avoid choking them myself. I sent them over to a testing area but haven't heard any updates from my contacts(s). I guess I am being ignored also.

Now Stone Edge has creeped onto my "shake it off" list. .... 'proprietary support' not a team player .... I won't be recommending their product in the future.
