UPS Generate Shipping Label Error: Invalid Date

Hi there, Everyone:

I keep getting the following popup error when trying to generate UPS shipping labels from within the Wombat manage Shipments section.

Error retrieving the shipping label: Error Code: 120508. Error Description:Missing/Invalid shipment pickup date

I am picking UPS Ground as the shipping method, and since I have a daily pick up, I choose Pickup today in the Pickup / Drop Off selection.

I have tried changing around the different times so that the earliest / latest pickup times, but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

Do I have to change the Pickup / Drop Off to a future date (instead of pickup today)???

Just bumping this. Has everyone else been able to print UPS labels ok? Am I the only one who can't print them?

I just tested this in my test store and I'll get a "bug" crated for development. It appears that I am only able to generate a label with Drop Off for the Pickup/Drop Off section.

so you are getting the same Error Code: 120508 error that I was getting?

I would be surprised if there aren't other people using the Manage Shipping with Daily Pickup to generate UPS labels, though.

I have not been able to generate any UPS labels through Miva, either. I always get an error about an invalid company name (we generally ship to residential addresses).

Error retrieving the shipping label: Error Code: 120200. Error Description:Missing or invalid ship to company name.

The company name requirement has been reported to us and the bug (ID 5597) is currently assigned to development. Currently no ETA on the patch.

We're getting this error on a brand new PR8 installation. USPS is the only installed shipping method.

Is this still an open bug?
Are there any plans to patch?

Yes our UPS Label Generator is still broken in PR8.

Yes we FINALLY have a contract with UPS that will allow us to do a ground up rewrite of the UPS implementation (Rating, Tracking and Labels).

We're beginning work on it in the next week or so, but this module will likely take a few months. We expect it out in time for the Holiday shopping season.

We currently use Viking Coders UPS Module. Will we be able to print the UPS label only from Miva and still use the Viking Coders Module for the rate calculation?
