A novice needs some help, I hope this is the correct forum for posting. We just installed the wombat upgrade, and I'm stumped on the UPS Shipping Label function. If anyone can help, or if there a source of info, I'd appreciate the help.
Issue 1:

When I'm in the order manager and trying to generate a label, it's requesting a company name each time. Most of our orders are for residential customers, so this isn't helpful. If I flub-it, and add a name or a digit, it will accept it and begin to generate a label. Is there some way I can remove this required field?
Issue 2:

When I create a label, it's giving me a label with a tracking number (which I assume is correct), but notice the "SAMPLE" in the bar code. Any thoughts on how to remove this?
