Has anyone successfully gotten their Zebra printer to work with 8-8 labels on a Mac? We've installed and reinstalled using the exact description of how to make a raw printer in MacOS, but nothing works and we are desperate to be able to print labels today.

Yes I have personally got it running on my iMac and printed and shipped with those printed labels. I followed the exact instructions we gave you via support.

Yes, you'll need to void the zebra labels you've generated, then turn off print to zpl in the shipping settings and then regenerate the labels without zpl.

Here's one...

Shipping rules/restrictions. You can export it, but you can't import it.

Which means, you have to edit 3 different databases to get that data into the system.

Not sure if this is a bug, intended functionality, or other.

But darn does it ever need fixing.

Import Products From Flat File ...does not have the shipping fields in any of the drop-down boxes. Is there another utility? I am using...

You're likely using the legacy imports. Make sure you're clicking the word import and not expanding the + next to it.

If your label says Preview on it when you're printing to Zebra, are you sure you're not in Test mode?

Not in Test mode in the UPS Ready Tools. Is there some test mode somewhere else? When I unclick Use Thermal Printer, the old regular printing of labels still works but when I click Use Thermal Printer, I just get a Preview of the label and the Loading button, which doesn't change to allow printing. Any other suggestions? Which driver do I need for the Zebra?

Still haven't gotten helped with the Zebra printer on a Mac issue - we've followed the MacOS Configuration a dozen times with CUPS and it still won't print in Miva - anyone got it to work that could help us?

Is your mac fully up to date? If you're willing to give me remote access, I'm willing to try tomorrow to walk through the steps I did on my end to make my iMac work.

We are using OS 10.6.8 with iMacs on a MacPro server. Would be very happy to have your help! Nothing I've tried has worked.

I also just realized you said 10.6.8, which is two generations ago. I'm not convinced it'll work on an OS that old, we only tested with Mountain Lion which is 10.8+

Have you tested with a label that was generated with our UPS Online Tools module? Looking at the ticket I see an example order that has a shipping method from the Viking Coders UPS module which cannot generate a Zebra label.
