Invalid Access License Number error

I am receiving an error that says : "Failure: 250003: Invalid Access License Number" when I attempt to generate a UPS label from the Manage Orders screen. I thought that I had everything configured properly, so I'm not sure what is causing this error... any ideas?

Those codes are passed through straight from UPS.

I would either contact them or try uninstalling and reinstalling the module and see if that gets your account registered properly.
