Ever since PR8 Update 10, my store gives me this message whenever trying to ship products outside the US: "Shipping could not be calculated for your basket. This may be due to a network or configuration error, or the contents of your basket may not be able to be shipped in a single shipment."
I am using the U.S.P.S. Online Rate Calculation (Domestic & International) module to calculate shipping charges outside the US. I use the following two methods for international orders (and can confirm that these two methods appear on the "Shipping Method Rules" tab:
1) U.S.P.S. First-Class Package International Service
2) U.S.P.S. Priority Mail International
I haven't changed any of the defaults on the "Shipping Method Rules" tab of the "Shipping Rules" screen for either of those 2 shipping methods.
These are all set to zero:
Restrict to Order Subtotal: - (0 = no upper limit)
Restrict to Item Quantity: - (0 = no upper limit)
Restrict to Total Weight: - (0 = no upper limit)
Geographic Restrictions have been left UNCHECKED.
There are no Zip Codes Restrictions set. Exclusions are all set to allow.
Everything worked fine before Update 10.
