Viking Coders UPS Custom Integration

Hi,

Hoping someone here can help. We have the Viking Coders Everything Subscription and I need to add the UPS Custom Integration module to our store so we can offer international UPS rates online. Per their instructions, I submitted a ticket to VC online on 10/15 so they could install this for us. I haven't heard anything. I tried calling, left a message, etc.. Any ideas what's going on at Viking Coders? Is anyone there?

Thanks for the reply - but I STILL haven't heard anything. I submitted this ticket 2 WEEKS AGO! We can't offer UPS International yet because of this.. Waiting...

I have been getting a runtime error that messes with my legacy images. The error is as follows:

Any ideas? Been a while since an upgrade. I have another MIVA store with UPS integrated already. Do I need viking coders to do simple ups?

5.030 was released in 2007. There have been 67 version updates to UPS Custom since then :)

Folks, ya gotta keep your stuff up to date. While you may be running XP on your Desktop, your store IS your business, or at least its building. Not keeping up to date WILL detrimentally effect your business in one way or another.

Since it's Friday and I feel like piling on, if you're still running your business on Windows XP, run don't walk to Best Buy and buy a new computer and stop immediately using Windows XP.

More than anything, I'm impressed that the mod actually worked for so long without issues...The other carriers who I won't mention, update their API sometimes twice a year (and that's not just to add a new feature). It's one of those "we'll change the API completely, at midnight right before a holiday weekend" kind of updates :)
If you're a store owner who is unaware of the changes or don't update your software, you'll find out about it the hard way - either through the discovery of a loss in sales or a customer calling to tell you that they can't check out.

We are working on something right now that would really help merchants to avoid this kind of loss. In the meantime, you always need to make sure you're using the latest version of the software...Especially, when it's something that has a major impact on your everyday business.

As the recipient of all these funny comments, I am hardly offended. I appreciate straight talk. I recently took over the management of this site, so I'm looking forward to possibly posting more mountable quotes the further I get into this. Thanks for the comic relief. P.S. I'm running my store off a commodore 64, in between games of the Hobbit.
