Hello,

We are planning on expanding internationally and we plan to use amazons multi channel fulfillment. I'm just trying to get some
Advice on the best way to integrate it with miva. Is there anything out there that automatically exports your orders to amazon?

Do you mean import Amazon orders into MM? Or send feeds to Amazon? Or both?

Do you use any 3rd party systems for order processing or do you do everything in MM?

Many(most) 3rd party systems let you pull orders from MM and Amazon into the same workflow.(ie Order Manager and Shipworks)

During Rick's talk at MivaCon version 9 (the next version) which is scheduled to be released later this year has plans for Amazon integration. Not sure of the details since it is something they are still working on.

I got the feeling he meant FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) not Selling on Amazon.

But since this came up:

I use shipworks which ties into Amazon and Amazon FBA. Once a customer places an order on any of my marketplaces, the order automatically prints out. This makes multiple market place sales easy (or easier at least) to manage until the new module comes out.

To make sure I am following correctly this is also the module that allows you to export your product catalog to Amazon?

Not exactly, it's not an export. It's a built in functionality to push/manage listing from your Miva store to eBay and/or Amazon and bring them back into Miva for Order Processing (if you'd like).

To be more clear we do everything in MM at the moment without modules. But soon we are moving some of our inventory to amazons warehouses and using their fulfillment (but still selling on our site and miva). So is this new
Module that's coming out going to allow us to export the orders we want to amazon to fulfill ? Or should we be trying to get an existing module. Still confused on what direction we should be taking.

No, I must apologize for hijacking this thread at some level. The new module coming out has NOTHING to do with Fulfillment or FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon).

The new module is for allowing people with a Miva store to push listings and inventory up to their Amazon Seller account for listing on Amazon and pulling the orders back into Miva for processing.

Highly recommend reaching out to the following, as mentioned previously, to see if any of them are a good fit for you. Ask for a demo, specifically in the area of FBA.

We have some insight on this with other shopping carts, and might be willing to consider development of an additional solution for Miva Merchant, however there would need to be a good level of demand.

I've done this for a client using SMT,Toolbelt,PHP, and FTP . They both Upload Orders to Amazon and download Amazon FBA shipping info into MIVA. Uploading is the easier of the two but downloading works reliably as well.

Are these still the best options to push orders from Miva to be fulfilled by Amazon? Customer is currently 100% FBA and would prefer to keep it that way if possible.
