Paypal Express Checkout Error: A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Posta

Hello, We started getting this error on our site last night:

Paypal Express Checkout Error: A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed. (10736)

I'm not aware of anything that changed on the checkout pages. What could be causing this all of a sudden?

Can you verify if the address information being used was valid? Was it just one shopper, multiple shoppers or some sort of testing that received this error?

Thanks, looks like that may be it. It was 3 shoppers in the last few days, which seemed like more than address formatting. But when I tested with 1 address it failed, and another it worked. Will look into what addresses they were using.
