    Trouble charging orders ONLY from Austalia

    So as the title states im pretty much never able to process credit cards from Australia. We take international orders on a weekly basis and all other countries process just fine. The error message is that the card does not match the billing address and we of course verify it is correct. So far this year we have got 6 order from Australia and all did not go through and all had the same error. We can manually process them with our Merchant terminal and then enter them by hand in our system but wanted to find out what was causing this problem with the just Australia.

    Anyone else have this issue? we are using the Authorize.Net Payment Services v3.1 payment module.

    Hello,

    Authorize.net would be declining the charge and you should have data on that decline within your terminal. Are they saying that the card does not match the billing address?

      I was able to make a resolution to this issue. It was authorize.net not Miva. authorize.net was declining these specific types of transactions from certain countries so all i had to do was login and select that they be allowed to process. The type of transaction was (S)
