Encountered the following error for the 1st time when trying to issue a refund in Miva Admin via the CHASE Paymentech Orbital Gateway.
"Refund Failed: Request does not adhere to the DTD. Please correct and send again."
Anybody have an idea what that means and how how to fix it?
