SOLVED - Don't know how Product Export File FUBAR :-O

I solved this, although I don't know how. I kept doing the same thing over and over and eventually - it worked. the only think I can think of is that cursing DOES actually fix things...

My product export file is all messed up.

It creates a file with a LOT of empty columns (the header row is empty in some columns as well - just a bunch of empty columns).

Also, some of the rows will have the data "shifted" to the right one or two columns. So the Price might instead appear in the weight column.
